It is not good to put fake identity in any forums. The guy (MARPHAD) pointed out have a good civic sense. Here admins are not paid. They have jobs, and not always watching people. This site is for every one. So the members have an obligation to find out the fake, anti immigrants. He may not be anti immigrant, but he have fake identity. So if you not correct, and going in wrong path, some one may point out to you. Do not expect you need or only obey a Police to get a direction. Grow up guys.

Bollywood should first pay taxes, none of these icons, pay taxes legimately in India, remember them dancing in the partys of mafia, which is tied to terrorists, I think the agent did a great job in nabbing this guy. The VVIP mentality should end in India. Stupid illeterate politicians are over playing this, Ambika Soni should do what she is supossed to do in her office.

Sanjay, just ignore them. These are the very same people who are taught from childhood to stab in back. They will not dare to put a post rather they type bad words in comments.

I think we are trying to come up with too much details.
I would suggest putting together a short message, with links to detailed news reports, press releases etc.
But something short and catchy that captures the essence of what happened. And says that it hurt people.
And please, when you come up with a draft for lawmakers, do mention that their response would be shared with others in the employmentbased community through online public forums.
Just my two cents....

According to Ombudsmn report a documentarily qualified applicant is an applicant with approved I-485. The ombudsman report is a must read; most of the threads will not pop up if everyone reads them.
In the same bulletin they use this defunition for Documentarily Qualified

My friend works for Deloitte & Touche and they charge $550/hr and he gets $75/hr.. so what? And he is USC.
Do you know the rates top consulting company charges? they normally starts from $400/hr+ in Accenture, PWC, KPMG, E&Y Etc and their employee's do not get paid more than 20%. Its a practice around the world.
I used to work for Big 4. I didn't care what they charged the client, I got a handsome salary with great benefits, 4 week vacation, cell fone, air card and perdiem.
Who pays 30K per annum? TCS used to pay 50K in late 90s. Are you kidding me? Who pays 30K. My friend who works for desi dalla gets 4K per month in hand after paying 900 insurance for his familiy.
No full time deloitte employees gets paid 75 per hr, it's an annual salary so they should not worry what they are charging the client. If ppl are worried abt billing rate, work as a contractor.

This was the response I got 3 years ago when I enquired, but I believe the process is different for each province in Canada, and you may want to talk to the person below for more details. Life after internship/residency is not that lucrative in Canada. You may be better off in the Middle East.

He/She should not have to worry about being subjected to the international medical graduate programs since American schools have their degrees recognized by the licensing bodies in Canada.

substitution when they put a comment period for the proposed
removal of Labor Sub?
Everybody knows that the system is broken. The whole point
is what are we doing to fix it? This is a foriegn land. So we have to
work thrice of 4 times harder to change the system in place. Are we
doing that?

My I 485 is pending(July '07 filer.) When applying to a university, how should I indicate my status? There are not many options to choose from: permanent resident, resident alien, international student, or other visa type.
