best dressed: royal wedding

i woke up this morning, and i have to admit, i wasn't all crazed about this wedding. of course i wanted to see her dress, and i wanted to see all the great hats...but i didn't take the day off or plan a royal party. is that bad? i did, however, turn it on while i was getting ready for work. my four-year old came in and i explained to her that a woman was about to marry a prince to become a princess. this sold her, and here's what i saw for the next 15 minutes...

i am, however, thoroughly enjoying seeing the fashion at the wedding. i wish we had a tradition (other than horse races) where we could all wear such fabulous hats! i think we should all get together and try to start a trend..are you with me?

if for no other reason than this gorgeous turban, she looks absolutely stunning.

best hat:

princess beatrice

hands down, this is the best hat. and only at a royal wedding can you get away with it.

most dapper duo:

only victoria can pull off 6" platform heels during pregnancy. and only david can pull off this doorman get up!

most elegant:

princess letizia (on the right)

this gown is understated and beautiful. i would have loved to see a wild hat with it, but beggars can't be choosers!

and worst dressed:

chelsy davy

i didn't realize lindsay lohan was invited to the wedding!
