every couple of years i get this strong urge to chop off all of my hair.

these very silly photos (sorry about that. apparently i couldn't take a normal photo with the short hair!) are from a few years ago when i did just that!

after seeing the gorgeous emma watson in marie claire and the adorable carey mulligan in this spread for wonderland magazine, i really, really want to do it again. they both look amazing! but i won't! i won't do it! i have been growing out my hair for so long now. and it is cold and wintry outside. i need my long hair to keep my head warm! right? perhaps this spring...
